Wala po, ginoo

Cheer rally and intrams opening yesterday. One of the only times in the year I cheer school cheers with sincerity.

I missed the bus because the NCOs were told to report to the commandant so I commuted home. Hassle! Everybody along the way was looking at me. I forgot to remove my face paint!

Okay, I need to go. Must not be late for physical training at 0600 today.

Juggling school priorities

One of my top priorities in school, after my academics, is my responsibility as managing editor. I’ve missed about two cadet officers meeting already because I was too busy after classes in school trying to rush laying out the first issue of the newsletter and stuff like that. Thankfully, my comrades and my officers seem to be especially patient for me. But I must learn the drills before training on Saturday. I don’t want to be ordered to do a couple of hundreds of push-ups more.

Intrams opening and cheer rally tomorrow. I hope they don’t make the muses just run across the covered courts and that’s it. Too many too fast. We’re supposed to see them, right? But you know what, I feel like muses don’t serve their purpose. They just parade and put up a semi-pageant for one afternoon. A competition among classes, which one will be able to bring the most gorgeous and popular muse. Oh gee, I remember we hired a sexy starlet when we were in second-year. Hahahaha! You see, they don’t like, inspire us for the rest of the year’s sports activities. I’m not saying we should discontinue this, but you know, maybe we should call them something else. Not muses.
