Yes, he's not entirely stupid but YES, he IS a "friend" to many. Namely ERAP. Presidents have the power to pardon whoever they see fit. And that's just one. Personally, I'll vote either Roco or Arroyo. I don't like Arroyo but for the sake of consistency with the projects she has at the moment, I might as well choose her. Philippine politics is in need of stability and if we keep changing presidents, every project of the previous president will be stopped.
