Diyos ko naman, sa’n ka ba makakakita (o hindi makakakita for this matter) ng documentary/public affairs program sa telebisyon na kailangang na-screen muna ng gobyerno ang nilalaman nito bago ito makita ng publiko?!

TO : TELEVISION STATION MANAGERS / BLOCKTIMERS / REPRESENTATIVES
FROM : THE MTRCB CHAIRMAN
SUBJECT : PUBLIC AFFAIRS PROGRAMS, NEWS DOCUMENTARIES, SOCIO-POLITICAL EDITORIALS, AND THE LIKEDATE : MAY 17, 2005
We wish to inform you all of the Decision of the Third Division of the Supreme Court dated January 17, 2005, that public affairs programs, news documentaries, socio-political editorials, and all other programs of the same category, are television programs that are subject to MTRCB review and approval in accordance with Section 3 of Presidential Decree 1986.
In view of this, please be advised to submit materials of the aforementioned television programs to the Board for review and approval prior to telecast, effective immediately.
Failure to comply will result in sanctions as provided for in P.D. 1986 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Please be guided accordingly.

as much as i hate marichu l. (naging teacher mo na ba siya? o kay mr. a. ka?), at least now i know that what the gov’t wants us to do is totally unconstitutional! that is against sa bill of rights natin na nagsasaad ng ating freedom of speech/expression. ano tayo, china? ano tayo, balik martial law? at bakit ang bobo ng @#$%^& Third Division ng SC, bakit nakalusot yan? kelangan mabasa yung buong text ng decision na yan, baka naman iba ang provisions ng nasabing decision na yan at pwedeng mawalan ng bearing ang sinabi ng supreme court sa memo na yan…kung meron mang ganong pagkakataon. pwede pang i-contest yan! eh kahit yung inciting to sedition/rebellion eh questionable eh. just my two cents’ worth.
Napakaganda ng ginawang ito ng M.T.R.C.B. na ayusin ang maraming BASURAng PALABAS sa T.V. Katulad ng MURAHAN sa Ang Dating Daan T.V. Program- very Commendable ito ! …….jameshurricane2002@yahoo.com
Dapat talagang permanente ng i-Ban ang Program ng Ang Dating Daan or A.D.D. Group kasi meron itong de-facto aggrement sa Communist CPP/NPA ipinalabas itong formal CPP/NPA-A.D.D. Group noong Before 2004 May election, maraming nakapanood nito sa Live coverage sa T.V.–Kasi talagang Arms struggle na ang AGENDA ng A.D.D. Group–kaya mabuti at Kapuripuri itong ginawa ng M.T.R.C.B. NAPAKAGANDA nga nga ginawang ito ni Laguardia. Isiniwalat niya sa buong mundo na isa siyang napakalaking tanga. No amount of hate publicity by her critics could do the same amount of damage to her credibility. To Laguardia, keep up the zero-IQ professionalism on your job. Yung mga pabor naman kay Laguardia ay wala na akong masasabi kundi, kawawa naman kayo, universal condemnation na nga ang natanggap ni Laguardia from all religious groups, pabor pa rin kayo? kasi nga Iglesia kayo ni Manalo….
